Why Does This Video Look So Bad? Why Isn’t It In HD?

When the page with our video player loads, it measures how fast your connection speed is and gives you a version of the video that matches, as closely as possible, your connection speed. In general this means that if you are on cable/DSL you will receive the highest quality version and if you are on an iPhone you will receive the smaller mobile version. Sometimes our connection speeds fluctuate, which means your connection is slower than it might otherwise be and you receive a less high-quality version. If this happens, just reload the page and let our player test your connection again. You should, in most cases, get a better version if you have a faster connection than previously tested.
